If you would like to continue, we arrange a regular weekly slot and confirm the tutor, subject and lesson plan before paid tuition begins.

Payment is usually made by BACS bank transfer within 3 calendar days of each completed lesson. If needed, a different payment plan can be arranged, such as weekly payments. A £3 late fee may be added if payment is overdue, and future lessons may be paused until payment is made. View payment information

Yes. Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice can usually be rearranged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are charged at the full lesson fee.

Yes. You can stop tuition at any time. We only ask that you give notice before the next scheduled lesson so the tutor’s time can be managed properly.

We monitor progress through lesson notes, feedback, completed work and ongoing communication with parents where appropriate.

Communication is initially handled through JP Tutors Hub for booking, payment and trial arrangements. After the trial session, parents can communicate directly with the tutor so lessons can be better tailored to the student’s needs, progress and learning style.

Yes. Students can receive support in more than one subject, depending on tutor availability and the subjects required.

Yes. Lessons are delivered online, usually through Microsoft Teams, so students can learn from home.

Yes. Before paid tuition begins, a parent or guardian signs the tuition agreement for students under 18 so expectations around payment, cancellations and communication are clear. View tuition agreement
